This is a £50 per person deposit (£100), which states your intention to book a Full Double Residential Package for the Symposium: 6th – 8th November 2026 (the hotel is in Bridgend, South Wales – 15mins West of Cardiff – details will be disclosed upon booking).
NOTE: The full booking goes live on the week of 5th October. You will receive an email to let you know when you can place your booking, with a coupon so the cost is reduced by the amount of your deposit.
1 Night and 2 Nights Accommodation Options available.
1 Night Option £450, includes the following for 2 participants sharing a room:
- Entry to the 2-day conference with full programme each day (9.30am – 5pm)
- Buffet lunch and multiple breaktime refreshments/cakes each day
- Mineral water and notepaper on the table
- Double occupancy in luxury hotel room for Saturday night (2 sharing a twin/double room – room type will be requested at full booking)
- Full Welsh/English breakfast Sunday morning
- 3-course meal with social and music on Saturday evening
- Parking

- Free use of the gym at the hotel
2 Night Option £600, includes all the above, PLUS:
- Meet & Greet and 3-course Evening Meal on Friday
- 2 nights Bed & Breakfast for Friday and Saturday nights
